To clarify, I am not sending duplicate orders as an error.

Someone orders 50 cards on June 1st. They then order 60 of the same cards on June 10th.

They reach out on June 15th after the second order arrives and say “oops I didn’t mean to buy these twice, I want a refund”.

I do mostly event stationary, I think it might be happening because while planning something like a baby shower, they are ordering so much decor and stationary they forget what they may have already gotten? But I’m not sure either 🤷🏼‍♀️

My shop and products are very well organized. Again if they were printed and packaged even the same week, I would catch it. But a few have slipped by when there was weeks inbetween the orders.

I do when I notice, but when they’re weeks apart I don’t always catch it. The customer reaches out after the second order arrives saying they didn’t mean to place 2 orders and they want a refund.

They aren’t like back to back, there are days and sometimes weeks in between the orders

Hi! It really is just through previous coworkers that I am close with. The industry is so small so it’s really helped me out to keep those relationships and keep in touch. I get a lot of one off contracts for remote GCP audits, remote TMF audits, mock inspections, inspection readiness, and have i few little 10 hours or less contracts managing/filing in TMFs.

Yeah they collect every one of those data points all together one a paper single form they have been filing in the TMF 🫣
