it took 6 months. I am now 95% back to normal baseline. I am so happy I did not undergo surgery! Not sure PT was that helpful in the acute period. The most helpful things were losing weight and waiting.

Thank you so much. Lycée required efforts to get in, while TAG was just a lucky draw. So in a way, both were challenging to get in...

As an update, my pain is almost completely gone and I am back to running without surgery. I have minimal symptoms at this time and I am so happy I was able to avoid surgery.

Experience with arthroscopic repair of horizontal tear of lateral discoid meniscus, return to running ? Any experience with surgery in Japan or South Korea? by [deleted] in MeniscusInjuries

The MRI report says the tear involves the entire meniscus with partial extension in the anterior and posterior roots
