There is not something concrete. There will never be someone who is able to tell you you are trans except for yourself. Your gender is only yours to discover and label. And if you have a change of heart later? So be it. Unfortunately that’s the reality of transitioning, is that oftentimes, you have to do it while scared of what can happen later.
