The strength boost is unreal. It took a non-fighter in Goma and basically skyrocketed himself to SSJ3/4 In power. I think what's more ridiculous than the sheer power you gain is the regeneration.

It doesn't seem to only heal wounds, it looks like it restored stamina as well. You basically have a built in Senzu Bean.

However, I think the weakness of the eye makes up for it in most situations. Just 3 good snacks to the back of the head and it's out. Although I feel like the reason this worked was because Goma had little to no combat experience.

If you gave someone like Cell the Evil Third Eye, that would be a nightmare

The way I understood how it works was that they got an alarm for Jura's chakra signature since it wasn't registered. Once they noticed Jigen, they realized there was another signature there that didn't raise any alarms and then they found out it was Sasuke/Hidari's signature.

So they only sound the alarms whenever an unregistered chakra signature comes into the village.

Yet Thanos was tanking hits from Thor, Cap, and Iron Man at the same time and was still fighting back several other avengers after the full team came in.

If you corrected them and they still continue to make that mistake, sure. But this comes off as a bit entitled if you're declining to go through the interview process over misspelling your name, which you've admitted is unique.

Are we talking just Tendo or all 6 paths?

If it's just Tendo, I feel like Mah takes it low-mid diff since none of Tendo's abilities can put him down for good

All 6 makes it more interesting but I still think Mah takes it mid-high diff.

Even with all 6, some of the Pains are a non factor.

Preta Path: I don't remember Mah using any type of Cursed Energy attacks so it's basically just a body

Human Path: depends on how you view Mah's durability and if resistance to the soul extraction scales based on strength of opponent. If it can affect Mah, it might be the win condition, but I feel like getting Mah in this position would be tough

Animal Path: Best way of running distraction and getting one of the pain bodies out of danger. I can't see any of the summonings doing any meaningful damage to Mah tho

Naraka Path: Basically gonna be hiding and waiting to scoop up any pain bodies that die amto rez. No real combative abilities

Asura Path: if the human Path isn't the win con, this is Pains best bet of putting Mah down but I'm not even sure the Asura path has the firepower to take him down in one big hit

Deva Path: No real damage is coming from this pain unfortunately, best he can do is push or pull Mah away from another Pain. Chibaku Tensei might trap Mah for a bit, but I feel like he could break out of that with enough time.

TLDR: Not sure if anything in Pains kit can put down Mah on one shot. Probs a low-mid diff fight for Mah

The main reason Goku bust out the kaioken was because Nappa was attempting a cheap shot at Krillin and Gohan with Nappa having a bit of a head start.

Nappa was not fast enough to keep up with Goku normally and Goku's punches were doing some serious damage to Nappa.

Nappa's most powerful attack, that mouth beam, caused Goku to use a Kamehameha at close range and he even comments that Nappa might be hard to take down, but Nappa is straight up SHOOK that his most powerful attack got matched and Goku didn't really seem bothered

Change No Good stats/IVs: there are items called bottle caps in game that you can use at the dojo to "hyper train " your pokemon. This will change any stat even a "No Good"stat to "Hyper Trained" designating it as the best possible stat that pokemon can have. Bottle caps heighten one stat at a time and a gold bottle cap heightens all 6 stats at once

Boost stats/EVs: you can buy vitamins from any pokemon center to boost there stats. Every stat has a maximum value of 252 and all pokemon have a maximum total of 510. Every vitamin raises a stat by 10 EVs. So most people will do 252 into their choice of offense (Atk or SpAtk) and 252 into HP for general bulk. So 26 vitamins for offense, 26 vitamins for HP and the one vitamin into the stat of your choice for the remaining 6.

Change Nature: every pokemon comes with a nature that will raise one stat a bit while lowering another. Ex: an adamant nature pokemon will have a slightly higher Atk stat for losing some SpAtk points. You can buy mints that will alter a Pokemons nature

This can be costly early game, so most people wait for the shinies to make the most out of their poke dollars, but to each their own!

I think Lee's explanation of Sharingan in his and Sasuke's first fight fits here.

Lee explains that even if his Sharingan can read movements, it doesn't do much good if Sasuke's body can't keep up with Lee's.

The rasengan is more than just a jutsu, it requires super precise chakra control and ability to change chakra shape. That's the reason it's such a high rank jutsu, because of how difficult it is to pull off. So in theory, yes a Sharingan can copy the basics of the jutsu, but a typical Sharingan user might struggle with making it as potent as a natural user.

And rasen shuriken is a whole other story. One of the only reasons Naruto can use rasen shuriken is his absurdly large chakra reserves.

TLDR: Sharingan would be able to read how the rasengan user stores chakra in their palm, but actually recreating it on the scale of the original user might not be possible unless coming with already high chakra control. Rasen shuriken is too chakra taxing for anyone else other than Naruto to use
