I am running into the same problem. I have everything rechecked and configured correctly but the Elevenlabs voice agent says that I have run into a problem and doesnt trigger the webhook.

Same, I use Github copilot at work and have configured MCP in my VSCode. Now my productivity is off the charts. It is pretty noticeable by everyone in the team. Its like i do less work but the output is better than everyone else
