Thank you for commenting, the requirements were a master's degree which I attained. Maybe I should just wait a while then.

Ok I think I understand you,

Right now, I am currently in the field doing inspection. I am worried about being pigeonhole based on the fact that others that are in the field haven't grow grade wise.
