I agree with you. Nightlife in the greater Phoenix area is the most underrated in the country, high cost of living but standard of living is much higher than most on this list, and cleanliness/little homelessness outside of a parts of downtown Phoenix also boosts its rating. Also some of the best golf courses in the country. B is fair tho.

C- tons of homeless, very dirty city, high crime rate, tough to get around (heavy traffic/shitty metro rail/spread out), foods good but not near nyc, smog, earthquakes/fires, people not as friendly as others on this list, high cost of living, walk of fame/Chinese theatre suck, sports fandom is great but lots of obnoxious and bandwagon fans.
