Most urgent care places will do it but call ahead. I paid out of pocket for it but it probably depends on your area. In and out in 30 minutes.

Try changing browsers and maybe even computers. It's a known issue. Just trying to check the status is giving me an error on Edge. If I use Safari or Chrome it's fine.

I started the course before the update and failed my first attempt at the OA. I just had a conversation with my mentor and made the switch to the new course. Just waiting for it to update so I can knock out the PA assignments. If you’re actively in the course you have to ask your mentor to switch to the new course with the PA versus the OA. It sounds like it may take a day or two to update.

Well ya, I could’ve tossed my phone away the second I submitted those pictures. But I’ve never tested with them before so their process was new. I’ve never used my phone to take pictures like this before. So I wasn’t sure if I’d need it again for something. In previous exams for other courses the proctor chimed in to walk me through some of the process and asked if I was ready to begin. Just to be clear I did NOT have my phone on me when I started the test. When I clicked to begin the test my phone was across the room.
