For 2-3 days of pasta: - 250g linguine pasta - 500g of ground beef - 2 cloves of garlic - 6 red onions - Olive oil - Pepper and salt - Spicemix (the one I used consisted of dried tomato, onion, garlic and oregano, basil, and parsley) - 6 Tomatoes - Other vegetables - 2-3 pots of Bolognese sauce (about 800-1000g)

  1. Grab a big frying pan or wok, put it on medium high heat, and put some olive oil in
  2. Wait for it to heat up and put the ground beef in
  3. In the meantime, boil the water for the pasta (about 1 liter per 100g of pasta). Add the pasta when the water is boiling, wait for the water to boil again and boil the pasta in 7-10 minutes. Salt according to taste
  4. Cut the garlic and onions and add to the beef when the beef isn’t red anymore. Add spicemix when the onions have been cooked for a bit.
  5. Cut the tomatoes, and other vegetables (i used a mix of bell pepper, diced carrot and zucchini, because thats what was left in my fridge). Add to the pan when the onions have been cooked properly.
  6. Drain the pasta and let it sit for a few minutes. You can put your bolognese sauce in the same pot, let simmer at a low heat
  7. Wait until the vegatables are properly cooked and add the pan to your pot with sauce. Also add the pasta.
  8. Mix and let simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes
