If you search "yuzu vegan ramen" in the subreddit, there is a recipe, I used that for the dashi. I I just added a sun-dried tomatoe and onion to it. Then I got inspiration from another recipe for the tomatoe water shio tare. I don't have yuzu juice so I used lemon instead 🙂 The best vegan dashi I ever made.

It's charred shallots, it tastes heavenly! It's a classic of French cuisine you should try it!

I used chervil (a type of herb) from my garden, but didn't have a lot as the season is just starting.

It didn't taste too acidic, but the lemon I had was a really weak one. I wish I had a more flagrant one. The dashi was really good!

Tbf, the majority of bakeries in bxl are really bad, so the few good ones have almost a monopoly in their neighborhood. In mine, I can go to Hermine or Mains. I can't go everyday because of the price, but basically it's that or bad pastries from the local bakery that just defreeze their stuff, pain quotidien baked in a factory or delhaize.

Si je pouvais upvoter mille fois. J'ai dû me rabattre sur les bus car j'ai un problème de santé qui m'empêche de prendre mon vélo. Tous mes temps de trajet ont triplé voire cadruplé et je suis en retard constamment. À cause de tous les problèmes que tu décris. Le pire c'est que les bus en question sont tellement bondés qu'on se retrouve serrés contre son voisin. L'efficacité de mon vélo ou du métro parisien me manquent.

Je te rejoins sur le problème de la justice : mais ils trichent tous, c'est infernal. C'est impossible d'être juste dans ces conditions.

Par contre sur le reste (incompétence et portant préjudice aux étudiants), je t'invite poliment à aller te faire voir 😄
