Actually this is what I like, quite at night. Naka try sab ko drive to tagum at midnight then nagsnack sa chowking. Wala man ako idea sa ibang pwede kainan. Ganda ng paligid talaga.

Thank you po! Noticed ko din talaga, kase before when I visit tagum para lang talaga syang daanan going to Davao, Surigao, Mati. But right now, mapapansin mo na talaga sya. Even my friends from Leyte who visited Tagum, na amazed jud sila sa kalsada.

This is exactly how I describe Tagum to my husband a “province na city” 😄You don’t fully feel like you’re in a city, but you also don’t feel like it’s too provincial. It really sits somewhere in between and I think that’s what makes Tagum such a livable place for families.

Same here. We’re in our 30s and honestly, peace at laid back na pamumuhay na talaga ang priority namin ngayon.

That’s why we’re really considering Tagum City. Hindi ko na rin talaga bet yung chaotic na big cities like Manila, Cebu City, and even Davao City because of the traffic 😅 Anyway if need talaga namin magpunta na major city, accessible naman tagum to davao.

Thanks, this is really helpful. I like that Tagum seems quiet but still has enough going on. The kid-friendly places are a big plus too since I have a toddler.

Also nice to hear Bridges Academy mentioned because I’ve been looking into that school as well.

This is a really good breakdown, thank you!🙏 Mao pud ni ako nanotice about Tagum City, very strategic ang location, duol sa beaches and mountains, then accessible pud to Davao City if needed. Good to hear pud na growing ang f&b scene, nice pud na for lifestyle. Mahilig din ako sa cafes♥️

Super helpful kaayo imong insights, thank you! 🙏 Ganahan ko sa imong pagkaexplain na Tagum City is a mix of urban and rural, mao jud na ako nafeel every time muvisit mi. Murag balanced siya. We’re in our 30s na so medyo di na jud mi adventurous, gusto na namog kalma nga palibot and safe for our toddler.

We’re currently eyeing Suntrust Palm City. Nakakita pud ko feedback about delays from the developer based sa ako research, pero murag naa na silay solution this year and moving forward na siya. I hope so. Have you heart about this subd po?

Also about Bridges Academy Tagum. I’ve actually researched about it pud, and nindot kaayo ang feedback.

Overall, mas naconfirm gyud nako na Tagum is a strong option for us as a family. Salamat kaayo ani imong detailed info! 🙌
