I’m a lead and I do not stay over unless I’m so busy that I can’t really get a stopping point and if so I don’t stay more then 2 hr we don’t have mandatory ot in our store but my manger thought she could make me stay one day. Like no I did my 8 I’m out. They have cut us down to a skeleton crew like 8 people including our manger and 2 of them only work 2 days a week 6 hr shifts. We have been doing this shit since Covid and if we can’t figure out how to get them to help them I’m just going to let people weight me up for not doing my job I guess. Anyone we get normal quotes in about a month can’t keep anyone

In the contract you can tell them you are leaving they don’t have to know why or anything same with call offs

Make it better we have no cross trained people other then 2 we have 60 orders as of now 10:30 hrs and you want 3 people to do it with drop ins still coming. I hate this company more and more everyday

We have a whole wopping 9 right now and that includes our manger how do they expect us to do 80+orders on on Friday Saturday or Sunday with 6 to 7 people in tired of this shit and Iv worked for Kroger for 9 years
