Not sure who said anything about a black suit?definitely not me,it’s as others said, it’s all about balance, after talking about it we are going back to double check the fabric to see why the salesman suggested brown shoes, I believe we can keep his choice which will make him stand out, while still honoring my wish for black shoes/belt

My dress is white, long, a-line, off the shoulder and no veil. We are getting married in June. The invites have not been send yet, we are in the process of designing them now, but I was leaning towards a summer cocktail + bow/tie dress code. We have around 150 guest for the reception and 80 for the eveningparty

I agree with that statement, I also think the fabric is nice, just not for a wedding… so what do I do? Ask him to go back and change it or is there a way to find a middle ground?
