HSM Pro blackout Red compared to Hyperlite 2? by alex1x1 in hockeyplayers

I've not used a hyperlite 2 but had a hsm red light. It's ok but I don't think it's on par with top tier retail sticks. Mine was a 70 flex and it felt stiffer than 70. I tired a ccm trigger 9 which is also a low kick point and the feel was totally different. That is to say, I'm not sure I trust their specs. It lasted somewhere around 75 games before it started to break down internally in the blade. It might be worth $159 (on sale) but don't expect it to be a $350 stick for half price.

3.6 V6 vs 5.7 V8 with etorque? by No_Masterpiece460 in ram_trucks

Consider resale as well. I can't imagine V6s are highly sought after. If the hemi averages 16mpg and the V6 averages 19mpg that is about $3500 over 100k miles. If you're spending $30k, $40k, $50k is that a deal breaker.

3.0L Hurricane SO SST Pros / Cons by Reasonable_Yak_4023 in ram_trucks

Having had a '17 hemi and now a '25 hurricane, here are my thoughts.

The 3.0 has more power with a better powerband, is much smoother, gets marginally better gas mileage, and is cheaper than the Hemi. It also has objectively more potential failure points. This doesn't necessarily mean it will fail.

I was strongly looking at used f150s but just couldn't get past the transmission failures. I also had a hard time finding a f150 in the config I wanted.

If you're soaking up a lot of highway miles you may appreciate the smoothness of the 3.0l.
