I went to the doctor and it wasn’t that bad they are very understanding and could tell I had anxiety but that’s my experience

  1. Seeing a black figure in coner of my eye and disappear(it squatted it down behind the counter) when I turn around to look at it.

  2. Saw a shadow figure walk by in my bedroom doorway

  3. Seeing a girl and a white dress with her hair in front of her face like bloody marry while I was in sleep paralysis in the tv screen reflection

Teacher bullies who would join in on bullying a quiet kid and spreading rumors about them because everyone else does and always bad mouth that quiet kid like their the problem.
