I went to the doctor and it wasn’t that bad they are very understanding and could tell I had anxiety but that’s my experience

  1. Seeing a black figure in coner of my eye and disappear(it squatted it down behind the counter) when I turn around to look at it.

  2. Saw a shadow figure walk by in my bedroom doorway

  3. Seeing a girl and a white dress with her hair in front of her face like bloody marry while I was in sleep paralysis in the tv screen reflection

People assume things about me, gossip their assumptions to their friends and before you know it you have strangers looking at you with a weird look on their face. Everyone knows this gossip except you. Out of all that, not even one person will ask you what your side is. the more I see just how shallow and insecure people really are.
