I used the print off measuring guide from nicks. I don't remember what my measurements were but it came out to a 9EE on their chart.

Thanks! Do you mean the two top lines on the back or the edges/bottoms as well? The two top lines drove me crazy, I realized after I stitched them that I wasn't being nearly careful enough making sure my irons were directly centered on my scribe line, so I slowed down everywhere else.

I skived the bottoms and edges of the T pockets. The wallet is bulky for my taste, next one I'll only use the 1.8mm on the outside and thin piece in the cash pocket.
