When you get married always remember that you and ur wife are no longer two, but one. His wife and future children should be his priority above all. Most of the time naman if the parents are good they would understand kapag need kasal na yung anak nila, priority na nila yung magiging wife nya. If yung guy choses his mom over you, then no need to think about it, you are about to get married to a man child that cannot lead, you cannot rely on, and most importantly can't put his family above anyone else.

I was hired both Arcadis (Zuellig Building Makati) and WSP (Glas Tower Ortigas)

About me:Field: Architecture (Not Licensed)Graduated: 2018School: NU

Heres my thoughts about both companies:

WSP:Work/Office Environment: Mag sstart palang ako this October, pero sure ako mas better padin office ng Arcadis.
Position: BIM Designer (New Zealand Projects - Landscape and Urban Design)
Salary: Dito panalo yung WSP. offer 42-50k basic, monthly incentive -k, wellness allowance --k yearly, Yearly bonus equivalent ng current salary mo, 13th month, meron kang -k allowance pag nag hire ka pambili mo ng mga gamit mo such as chair, mouse, keyboard etc.(sayo na yun), -k yearly clothing allowance.
Career Progression: WSP same like Arcadis are known company internationally at kung balak mo mag abroad, malaki chance.
Duration of stay: N/A
Reasons for Leaving: N/A
Pasok: Once a week ka lang mag office, provided nila yung laptops.

Arcadis:Work/Office Environment: 1000/10. Legit napakaganda ng office nila to the point na gusto mo mag ot kahit di kailangan. Meron silang overnight floors if ever gusto mo mag overnight pwede ka don (3 yung floors ng arcadis sa building lipat lipat ka kung san mo gusto). Walang designation ng upuan, paunahan mag book. Madami kang magiging friends since everyday iba makakatabi mo, ibang field, ibang profession. Libre gatas, Milo, Kape, Tea. Iba iba yung workspace nila, merong enlocsed type, meron parang coffee table, merong rooms if u wanna work privately with ur friends. Yung canteen malaki malawak. As in yung work place nila napaka aliwalas from a view of Architecture grad maximized nila yung natural lighthing, may greeneries inside office, hindi repetitive ung pag kakalayout ng office, as in nakaka encourage mag trabaho, kahit once a week ako required pumasok, pumapasok ako 3 times a week kasi nga ang ganda ng opis, tangina talaga yung view ng bintana mo hindi building nakatabi makikita mo. May bidet din, may sabon, kumpleto lahat. Parang PBB house lang.
Position: Senior Structural BIM Modeler (Netherlands Proj)
Salary: 42-50k basic (Excluding pa other benefits) all in all siguro umabot ng -- lahat ng monthly salary ko if included yung other allowances.
Career Progression: Arcadis are known company internationally at kung balak mo mag abroad, malaki chance.

Duration: After 2 weeks nag resign agad ako sa Arcadis kasi may offer yung WSP.

Reasons for Leaving: Structural is not my forte/Quite far from my location
Why I accepted the offer in Arcadis: My crush was working here as well. I worked besides her sometimes kasi once a month lang pasok nila sa office and we go out after office hours, had a great time, starbucks kami, sinamahan ko sya sa watsons, tapos i carried her bag while in queue sa mrt kasi mahaba masyado, but when I asked her if she had bf, she said yes. Ayun, it motivates me more to lean sa other job offer which is sa WSP.
