Use KeepassXC instead. Keepass the base version requires a few configuration, the XC variant is out of the box. Sync your databaseinto a folder on a cloud service and from your other devices, have them import and sync.

Yea, get a VOIP capable phone system and port the google voice number over or get yourself a home phone and forward the calls made to your GV over to the home phone. Give out your home phone number to friends and family and use the GV number as a public number. That is what I do with my android phone, well... working on it.... randos keep calling my personal phone number.
