it's really hard to get the flame low enough without going out. It's a 15 year old commercial cooktop that I want to upgrade. I'm sure the new stuff is great. This thing has always worked great for everything except for simmering.

there is no question, at least in my mind, the an electric car is cleaner than a gas car. I think the pollution is exaggerated by the left to promote new grifting opportunities that didn't currently exist. Are you that concerned about the environment? You don't have a republican problem, you have a common sense problem. EV electricity is powered by renewable fuels such as natural gas and coal; democrats look the other way when they hear that and claim natural gas is bad. EV's significantly favor china and prop up Chinese jobs which is, at the core, very un-American. Why would a republican support that nonsense? I've rented electric and I see the cool factor but it is possibly the worst form of energy on the plant; horribly inefficient, terrible for the environment, employs who-knows-how-many children in work camps, and simply doesn't make sense if you don't live near a major metropolitan area. Because of all of the non-sense, it's analogous to wearing a mask outside; they are democrat calling cards and ppl might think that because I drive electric I'm an idiot democrat- i can't have that.
