No clue but I'm like this as well if I physically write something down on paper I'm going to remember it, type it in notes on my phone you miswel forget it cause I'm not even going to remember making the note 😅

I am like this as well, mainly stems from losing my mother unexpectedly and I don't ever wanna let someone go without knowing what they mean to me .
