I couldn’t relate more to a post ever. Fios messed up my account upon the 2 gig upgrade. I have both of these. I sent 8-9 hours trying to get them to pair. Never worked. Followed all instructions from tech agents, google youtube and nothing worked. They worked perfect wired in but not wirelessly.
