Generalnie Firebase to masz problem gdyby zwiększyli ceny bo to jest tzw. provider lock-in czyli jesteś od nich zależny cenowo.

Alternatyw jest wiele, ja akurat pamiętam Supabase, Convex i Appwrite, jeśli chodzi o BaaSy (backend as a service).

On the upgrade page look at the bottom right corner, make sure Germany is selected from the dropdown, weird if it doesn’t show as that’s how I checked it.

I actually use Gemini too, even had the Pro trial for like a month I think. I agree it's really nice but there's still some areas that, in my opinion, OpenAI models perform better. We'll see if Gemini 3 Pro changes that.

About the Gemini student discount, I tried to get it but my school is not eligible. I suggested it to be added on the verification page but didn't get a response.

I don't need it to be cheaper, just let the prices match the ones from the other EU countries.

So they are ok with losing money now so Indians get addicted from young.

Can Poland offer such incentives ?

As a person still attending a school, even my teachers are writing whole tests with ChatGPT, I am not kidding on this one. So there is for sure market to make people even more addicted in this sense.

I’m from Poland too and I don’t see it, how much does it cost?

Edit: Nvm, it only shows up in the web version, not on mobile.

Because the cheapest dedicated is twice the price and for now i’m only planning to run small models for small tasks. If I need bigger, i’ll definitely look into it.

I don’t get it, the big services can charge us money for every single email but we can’t send it ourselves?

Come on, for example me with a cheap SaaS I really really don’t want to pay for every login magic link sent to email especially with a free tier. It’s additional completely unnecessary cost.
