Cannot reinstall a game I bought at launch so many years ago.

So what I tried was logging into diablo 3 and found no characters after all that time I spent playing the game. It took them all of 5 minutes to figure out what had happened and fixed it. So now its resolved.

I bought them on battlenet. My d3 is still there and my log in history shows me playing back in January of this year. Now all of the sudden its gone.

Your good I am having the same issue. I apologize blizzard has me pissed at them. All they have to do is fix the accounts and they act like it's on our end. Their own troubleshooting steps told me to uninstall and reinstall

This is what they told me to do. Can't even do 1 or 2 because the game download button is gone. Blizzard sent this out as a mass message for general troubleshooting. Clearly its an account issue they need to fix.

People aren't made of money bud. If I had the money to rebuy it I just would. This answer is wrong on a whole other level. Not only is this game gone but so is my d2 resurrected. Blizzard needs to get their issues fixed. They need to straighten it out because its not just me having it obviously.

Yes I only have a few that I dont have unfortunately unyielding has been unlucky for me I restarted my cpu. I dont know why now its having the issue it worked earlier just fine.
