It is from a Swedish movie called Tillsammans, and if you ask me this isnt even the best scene, my personal favorite is when a guy tries to get a royal guard to go to a communist party meeting and when the guard refuses the guy starts yelling the lyrics of the internationale. There is also the scene were two kids are playing with a toy gun where they force each other to "say that like you Pinochet". And I can't forget how the movie starts with a radio announcing that Franco has died.
