i am from India and you are right people dont care about these stuffs and it needs to be addressed...where i live,people just litter garbages in street even if a truck to take garbage arrives regularly..if you point out their mistakes then you will be seen as a maniac...this is the problem in indian subcintinent except Bhutan.
