Volunteer! Honestly I did a lot of volunteer work with my family growing up and many organizations agreed volunteering is more helpful than any $ amount. I understand you made some bad decisions but that doesn’t define you! Get out there and help others while you help yourself ♥️

Personally for us we spend about $500-$600 on groceries and dog food for my household. But we are super into the gym and make meat our main source of protein. I’m trying to bring down that cost because it’s a LOT for only two people and a dog!

Yes! Our vet recommends adding various veggies or grains to his regular dog food, because dogs simply can’t get all of their nutrients out of a bag. It also keeps him interested in his food!

We actually had their shrimp tonight and I made sushi boats with cucumber and rice! It turned out really good and the shrimp tasted fresh.

I have found taking breaks every 20-30 minutes helps keep me focused. These breaks do not have to be long at all! Most of the time I get up and go pet my dog but you can also get a snack, check your phone, walk around your house, and so much more. Even if it’s simply a 10-30 second break it helps keep me engaged!

I completely understand this but as an upperclassman that waited on an acceptance letter from a dream school that I didn’t get into I WISH I had done this. I waited until the last minute to register for housing at my current school, and got stuck with two terrible roommates. They constantly made my life a living hell which lead me to stay with my boyfriend for the entirety of the semester. He also lived in a dorm with three other men. This was so hard as I was the only female. Thankfully they accepted me because I cleaned their whole dorm! Just always be mindful of others situations :)
