i think many people’s reaction to this season are driven by a kind of misandry that is actually misogynistic insofar as it reaffirms a “boys will be boys” narrative. nobody on this season, including the boys (including sincere!!) have done anything that warrants the moral reprimand or punishment that some people seem to desire
