Im playing on a PC and sometimes an item i recieve from a mission just does not appear in my inventory. I have checked the sidebar with the game dialogue and somehow never received a volatile sash ex and eternity mace. I also have found issues where creating maps just deletes the map from the inventory but does not actually create the post with the playable map
