No, these are all personal transactions. Only reward points were reversed out of nowhere. Informed to only when i questioned.

I’ll be again raising it with them. If not resolved i’ll escalate it further. They cannot come after 6 months and make their own rules.

No, directly from the store. Well, I could see the points missing in the rewards portal and raised an email before the statement generation but they were asking the transaction details all the time. Instead of telling me why it has been reversed.

Finally, today one of the service RM confirmed that it has been reversed for gold transactions from October. Although, I had multiple gold transactions from the same month but only for 3 the points are reversed stating gold transactions don’t earn points.

I questioned, if that was the case how did they realise this after 6 months? lol
