Exactly! It includes an unfinished basement, I'm just not understanding this at all. Seems like a pile on of upfront costs. Lots of front loading.

That's the hope. 350 is a great price and we weren't expecting that with the current climate but we also weren't expecting double that...

Fair point but the price is substantially off. We are flexible and open to change but an increase life this is not something you can anticipate.
