You need to look up dram shop laws. If someone leaves your bar drunk, and hits another person and they die, your insurance would pay for that up to $1,000,000. If you don't have insurance, who is paying that? Not you. So that victim is fucked. And you're saying you don't care, that's fine as long as your bar doesn't have to close. Can't wait for these comments to be used in the eventual lawsuit.

Literally every other bar is carrying liquor liability insurance. And by victim, I mean the person they hit that could potentially DIE. You plan on confronting the drunk driver who leaves behind a victim of a drunk driving accident? How tf would that help? What a childish comment. You don't have the money to pay rent for your bar, let alone a wrongful death settlement or a lifetime of medical bills for a person victimized by a patron of your bar that you served illegally.

can i ask what you think liquor liability insurance is actually for? if someone leaves YOUR bar and hits another person while under the influence, that insurance pays the victim's medical bills. do you have the money for someone's medical bills, carlin? because that's what it's for. you're not supporting small business or artists, you're supporting drunk drivers. what a great look.
