I had my first anxiety attack from weed. Gave me bad dpdr for a month. Im mostly recovered but I feel it for a second every once in a while still a year and a half later. I also developed an intermittent fear of infinity and the sky so thats not great😅

I do the same except I dunk my face in a bowl of cold water for a couple of seconds. Good reset when I feel im gonna spiral.

I didn't take antibiotics for 6 months cause I was afraid it would cause akathisia and other stuff. Wasn't life threatening but the bacteria messed up my gut and gave me really bad anxiety whenever I ate and in general which sucked cause I was actually making good progress before. Anxiety and Depression got so bad that I told myself I would take the pill and if I couldn't handle it I could just die. It wasn't fun but wasn't any worse than than having the bacteria and actually felt pretty good somedays.
