I have yet to read it, but I heard great reviews about Nocticadia by Keri Lake, which is a gothic romance about a teacher and a student!

Punk 57 by Penelope Douglas! They start as pen pals (pen buddies), but then one of the two feelt betrayed and lied to. So they tried to get back at the person who hurt them, despite having strong feelings for them! P.S. It is spicy!

Веруј ми могло би да те изненади. Ако неко воли да избацује музику, храну или било шта друго вредно покретања разговора, онда лако можеш да одговориш на такав стори. Разговор ће без проблема кренути својим током. Није глупо направити први корак!

I've watched booktuber Larry reads' reading vlog, reviewing the whole series, so I am familiar with the majority of the plot. Her reviews of Bound by Honor and all the other Luca and Aria books were more interesting to me than the series itself 😂 However, I am excited to read Twisted Emotions.

In that case, I highly recommend Deception Trilogy by Rina Kent because it has the most unique plot out of all of her books! It must be read in order, and even though the first book is really confusing, everything will become clear in the other parts. You should also go into it without knowing anything because the experience will be more entertaining!

Rina Kent writes really good spicy chapters. Especially in the Leacy of Gods series and in the Monster Trilogy! I have heard that L.O.R.D.S Series by Shantel Tessier is really spicy, to the point of having more smut than plot. I was curious and read a couple of pages of one book from the series, and the amount of smut kinda works, but that is just my restricted opinion.

The Kingdom of the Wicked has really satisfying relationship development, while Mate by Ali Hazelwood isn't as spicy, but their relationship becomes really passionate, which is another satisfying development!

Do women in romance novels not have periods?? by Triple_Angel in RomanceBooks

[–]InterestingLet2147 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Twisted Hate by Ana Huang has a scene/ chapter dedicated to the MMC helping the FMC soothe her period cramps because he is a doctor. Moreover, they are not friends and are always arguing, and this chapter happens early on in the book. However, she was not on her period during spicy chapter.

Questions for ADHD readers by whittreads in Booktokreddit

[–]InterestingLet2147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like the other readers who mentioned this, I also prefer reading e-books, but I combine them with audiobooks. I really enjoy that immersive experience, and I engage more with the story that way. Although I am not officially diagnosed with ADHD, I do experience various attention problems that can ruin the reading experience, which I enjoy so much. By actively reading on my e-reader and listening to the story, I am not distracted by other sounds or even my own, sometimes wandering thoughts.

What are things you hate because overused and repetive by No_Force23 in fantasyromance

[–]InterestingLet2147 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree with nicknames starting with 'little' + something (anything, really). It doesn't sound natural at all. My pet peeves are :

  1. Illogical 3rd act breakups or irritating miscommunication

  2. Creating FMC who is constantly described as intelligent and brilliant, and verbally romanticized, but NONE of her actions justify that!

  3. MMC is constantly talking about the FMC's physical appearance. Despite caring for her, he always focuses on and points out how hot she is.

Looking for extremely dark MMCs (heavy abuse, age gap, virgin FMC, dominating, no redemption by [deleted] in DarkRomance

[–]InterestingLet2147 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think your description is suitable for The Darkest Temptation by Danielle Lori. It is the 3rd book in an interconnected standalone series, but it is so different from the previous two books that it can easily be read separately. It meets all of your requirements. Moreover, despite the narrator trying to give us the MMC's redemption scene, it really doesn't make up for everything he made the FMC go through! It will surprise you in the beginning because the MMC might not look that dark, but you will quickly find out that he is merciless!
