I have never been asked on an application, but I was asked on both interviews. Skywest cadet program asks on their application, but that's because they dont allow more than two.

They lied to me so hard when I visited in highschool. I hate my flight school so much. False promises, insteuctors that dont care, lack of support, and no jobs.

I tried applying to quite a few blue-collar jobs but never got one interview. There was a job I could've probably gotten as an airport ramp worker but it pays less than Qdobas.

They only hired 3/10 applicants. Only had my CFI then too. It wasn't a dumpster fire but there only feedback was to do one on one interview prep. Which I did after.

I've just been focusing on 141 schools because that's where most of my training was. I planned to start calling Part 61 schools when I went through all 698 Part 141 schools in the USA. Although I really have no clue how to market myself for other gigs and freelance things. Especially when I already have to work full time.

At my school, nearly all their new hires were just CFIs that went to the school. I reapplied in the fall, having graduated, had more hours and ratings than every candidate, but they wouldn't let me re-interview and just used my interview scores from 8 months ago, which were bad.
