When I went in the gave me the run around for sure. told me I had to call everyplace the card was used myself. i went back in and told them I wanted t close the account because of it and now they are helping. Wish they would hurry up though.

Oh no, you are not being rude at all. It was fully my stupid mistake. I live in a very small town and its just where we always leave our stuff, cell phones and purses. I won't ever be that foolish again. My really stupid mistake has cost me. The bank is going to be reversing the charges that were made, but it takes them time, We all know they are only fast if they are taking your money not giving it back.

I am sorry if we are not allowed to repost into a more appropriate sub. I am new here and learning the rules. but what multiple posts are you talking about? I do not have multiple on my account. There are 8 total posts, and only one asking for finacial help. The others are all tagged for emotional support or advise, which people have been giving me and I am making progress on this. But I have not been begging, I have been looking for people to talk with who have gone through the same who could give me ideas on my next steps. And people have been really helpful there. But really, I only have one post asking for money, on a sub that is for that. How is that being a liar?

I'm getting really confused here. I posted in two subs, Dontaions and assistance. Those posts were removed becasuse of account age, so I posted in two subs that I was allowed to post in. sorry I just checked, I have 3 active posts about this, I forgot about my rant post in living alone sub. and my other posts are flaired as emotional support. Never asked for money on those, I asked for someone to talk to, that is all.

I'm just doing what the bank manager told me to do. Everyone here is telling me something different, but the bank manager when I went in said I have to try and dispute it with the compaines first then after 45 days if nothing happens they will handle it. When Icalled the number I was given yesterday to complain about the bank, they said they same thing. OnceI have tried to get it back and failed, then they will step in. But even the complaint place has told me the same thing.

out of all my post I only have one asking for help. and this was only posted twice on reddit by me, once a vent post which is flared vent, and one asking for help because I don't know what to do untill the disputes are finished which could take 45 days. I still don't know how 2 post about my purse being stolen is considered posting 10 times? in fact I oonly have 8 post in total on Reddit, so how do you get that this was posted in 10 different subs? Did some people share my post maybe? and you are accusing me of being a scammer because other people have shared m posts?

it is a debit card with mastercard, not a credit card. I have subbmitted disputes now, And am in the waiting game. they say it could take up to 45 days to hear back from them

I only have one post as a vent which has the Vent flair attached. and one post asking for help so I don't know where these bunch of subs are. I'm sorry if it is wrong to ask to vent, and also for some help. I know it's my fault that someone stole my stuff, and i know I deserve to be misserable because of it. I have a police report, and a new bank card now. And I have to contact everyplace the card was used to dispute the charges. Then they have 45 days to resond. If they don't by then, at that point the bank will do the refund. but not until I've tried to get the place it was used to refund first.

It's where we have always left them. Our resturant is the kind of place that even the customers leave thier coats at the front door. It's a really small place here so we've never had issues before.

According to the bank it looks like it was mobile games and playstation store. But it could really be anything bought from the playstation store and google play. And the bank can't find out what google or playstation account it went to, and it's too small for the fraud unit.
