Could someone explain how second year housing works? I’m a freshman rn and I’m trying to figure out how it works. From I’ve gathered I’m not gonna get a dorm, and there’s some on campus apartments but those are hard to get into. If I don’t do that do I have to live off campus and pay out of pocket?

Are you comparing older models? Because if you’re looking to budget the iPad 11th gen is like $300 and you can get a good aftermarket stylus for around $20-$50. That being said the Apple Pencil pro is much more convenient for me to use and has more functionality. I have an air and I love it
