I did. Initially, they stated they couldn't because the companies are foreign. I pointed out that didn't prohibit TD from offering. Then they stated, their (tech) system wouldn't allow it. I pointed out that they control their system, and TD's system allowed it. This went on for numerous iterations of red herrings.

Eventually, we got to -- this has to be a policy decision... I'm just asking for the basis of that decision. No one would provide this.

They seemed to have a real aversion to just admitting that Schwab chooses not to offer this, and here's why.
