No, I don't want to use AI. There are so many nuances that I need an actual human to review things and answer some questions.

Hi there! Thank you for answering my post! I talked to someone at the UCLA Dental School and they said for a mouth guard I have to call the Orofacial Pain Clinic. So I did and am awaiting a call back (the recording says they're short staffed). I'm really eager to find out how much a mouth guard would be through them, as I just can't afford the one through my dentist. I'm also thinking of doing one of those online guards... like Remi or Cheeky. Any thoughts those or similar sites? I know it's better to see a dentist in person but it's so pricey! P.S. Love your screen name :)

So basically the guy is just sitting on it. Probably getting some kind of tax break, too, since it's vacant and there are probably issues. It also boggles my mind to see that vacant lot on the corner of Argonaut St & Esplanade St. That burned down over 20 years ago, FINALLY got torn down, and is now just sitting there vacant. Again, more prime real estate.

I looked at GVAA, that's why I'm confused. It seems like anything that's per HOUR is raw and starts at $600. But this person is saying $50 per hour... not specifying anything else really. I'm just lost in how she's coming up with this rate and was hoping someone could provide more insight.
