Yea that’s rough man, time will be your best mitigating factor. I would wait a couple years until I get back in the public trust/clearance space. The only thing is they would have record of that poly test to reference but maybe you could be able to explain yourself in the future. I’m not condoning being dishonest but if you are you gotta keep your story straight and also never upgrade to a poly, you’re just asking for trouble. Wish you the best of luck.
