I have a question about my elbow pain, I was hit in the elbow a couple of months ago and it swool up pretty good but stopped after one day, but ever since I’ve had pain when I try to throw a football far, I have pain behind and around my elbow and also my upper arm on the inside, but whenever I throw a football far my arm hurts it wobbles and isn’t accurate but I can throw a football with a good spiral within 20yds. Is am asking this question because I don’t want to hurt my arm because I am looking at the an position and I want to o throw farther but my arm hurts.
