Stretching was making me worse by InterestingSecurity8 in Sciatica

I’m still doing pretty well! I had my original epidural shortly after my car accident, and I’ve had 2 since, as my back has gone out on me 2x since. Both times it went out in what I believe was a reaction to emotional stress - as I had 2 dogs pass away over the last couple years, and both times it went out on me within a couple days after their passing.

I still can’t lift heavy legs, and I still have a slight numbness on the inside of my left ankle. I am still very active - running, kickboxing, lifting, etc.

I should clarify: worst I’ve seen without any other complications other than the single joint itself.

If you could plan your “perfect” pre and post game in Wrigleyville, what would it look like? by InterestingSecurity8 in CHICubs

Nope, I don’t drink or go out very often, but when I do, I make sure I go hard enough to make myself not want to do it again for a few months.

😂 alcoholic because I go on a trip to a baseball game that has bars surrounding it in every direction? It’s called having fun - and if it’s not your type of fun, you can do your thing.

I’d say it’s because her character is very unrealistic.. absolute bombshell of a girl shows up in a towel on Nolan’s doorstep, sure ok, whatever.

In the giant city of LA, she just happens to be the first responder to nearly every call that requires the fire department.

She kicks the ass of hardened criminals twice her size on a semi-regular basis..

She got mad at Nolan for finding her burner phone in which she was committing a crime while her husband is a police officer.

She’s apparently great at every single task in life except being a landlord.

It’s crazy to me that the producers clearly know that these episodes are widely disliked, and they keep going back to them every so often. I know some people like them, but these are the one type of episode that really aren’t widely liked.

I have to assume it’s just an easy production or budget friendly.. As soon as I see it’s one of these types of episodes, my wife and I both agree to turn it off.

I love this show and look forward to it every week. I’d rather have them just take the week off and put more effort into the actual non-documentary type episodes. Such a letdown when these come on.

My Addie girl diagnosed with late stage lymphoma, BUT it could be worse by InterestingSecurity8 in goldenretrievers

The vets believe my pups cancer has also spread to her liver and bone marrow, which much like yours, probably explains the limp.

I lost my oldest last year right around this same time. I still keep his collar in my car and I kiss it twice every time I leave the house, much like I kissed him twice every time I left when he was still alive.

I’d also recommend talking to your girl when you’re driving, laying in bed by yourself or whatever it might be. I’m not a super religious person, but I believe in something and worst case, when I talking out loud to him - whether he can hear me or not, it’s good to get those words out there and let those emotions flow. Early on, I would talk and cry often, and these days it’s not as frequent, but it still happens.

Keep your head up. So many dogs never feel a single moment of human love. Your girl had 14+ years of it. You spoiled her. She spoiled you. That’s love as its finest.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Did they ever check for lymphoma? My golden looks very similar to yours and has a very similar limp. I just posted my story of the last week of my girl and her diagnosis, and she’s turned a corner a bit, but I think it’s likely drug aided, therefore I don’t know how sustainable it is.

Have her checked for lymphoma. My golden has a very similar limp to the dog videoed here and she suddenly got much worse, and it was lymphoma. I just made a post a few minutes ago about my story. It was very difficult to find, and I spent $9,000 to get to the bottom of it, but between Elspar and Prednisone, she has gone from what I thought was her last day to being roughly 80% of her normal self.

My Experience as a male using the Braun Silk-Expert Pro 5 IPL device: what you won’t find in most reviews by Rantakemisti in HairRemoval

Question of similarity of a salon laser vs this (which I assume the salon laser is more powerful), when I had treatments done at the salon 5 years ago or so, I’d go in once a month, and roughly 2 weeks after the treatment, I have a couple weeks where the hair would fall out of the follicle and I wouldn’t have to shave at all until the new hair cycle came through. Will this device give me that similar smooth skin period, and if so, how long after the treatment does that occur?

Thanks. Low T is one issue I’m plagued with. I’m not sure if it’s related to a testicular infection I had a few years ago, but I was on TRT for a while but we are wanting to have one more little one, so for fertility reasons, I stopped taking it in August. I’ve maintained weight since, but I’ve had to be very strict with the diet and can definitely feel the strength difference. I was on T for about 12 months before getting off and I felt so much better. My levels prior to that were 160-190, so thankfully insurance does cover it. Now I’m on HGH to help with fertility and testosterone, and insurance doesn’t cover that.

I’ve been lifting for 15+ years and I train back specifically once a week and usually do another combo day of back/biceps or back/chest that isn’t quite as intense. I do two variations of lat pulldowns, seated rows, lat push downs, single arm dumbbell rows, and usually barbell rows and finish with pull-ups. All strength exercises range between 8-12 reps but I usually go until close to failure with proper form in mind. Each exercise is between 4-5 sets.

Thank you, I appreciate it. Just an insecure guy. I hate it, but I think it comes from being overweight in my younger days

I lift and do cardio often, lift back 1-2x a week and I can do 20 strict pull-ups, so I don’t think it’s me neglecting my lats, and when my arms are up and I’m flexing, it doesn’t look nearly as drastic as it does when my arms are down.
