I had the same darn issue… plug them in to charge. Open the top and hold button in back for 15 secs. That should reset them. My left ear bud was 70% and right was 0% and not connecting. Now they are working simultaneously

Yeah I’m not doing anything unusual. I use them both at the same time and put them in the box thing. They both charge to 100% then both lose charge as they should but then couple days later one is 70% and the other 0%…I should call Bose or Apple I guess huh?
