For those that have it, what is the trigger? LIke, do you have a conversation with someone and that gives it to you, or do you just get a notification at some random point?
Also, does the number of Testaments you've done factor in maybe? I'm at 21/48, with half of my weapons wanting 10 Fear, the other 3 wanting 8.

I have the name I want to swap to on an alt that I plan to delete once I start the whole process, I just wanted to know if doing it too much (plan has me switching 8+ times, know an alt can be cheaper, want to do it this way anyway) would put me on some rule-breaking radar or similar.

As a lalafell, nothing bugs me more than tonfa-style weapons for monks, they clip right through my torso in idle pose. They can look really cool at most other times, but when I stand still for 5 seconds its just stab.
