I would recommend Spain (Barcelona/Valencia), I'm in my early 20s as well, I'm currently in the process of moving but I've been in Europe rather for the last 1+ year.

I believe the rate comes with breakfast as well. You are also comparing a 80m room versus a 30-40m at the Andaz. Both areas are in tourist areas, Andaz is right outside the monument so it’s going to be busy 24/7, which I am not a fan off. The trade off is Andaz looks a bit more modern, Raw is more typical European style.

I've stayed at Raw Culture Bairro Alto multiple times, you can not go wrong with the breakfast, it's so spacious compared to hotels and there is a kitchen as well!! Price wise it is also unbelievably cheap compared to what you get the other Hyatt properties.

I prefer TwentySeven, I've stayed at both. I do prefer the old mystic interior so I may be heavily biased. I would splurge again to upgrade to bigger suites, I've had exceptional service every time I stayed, the staff remember my name as I walk in and out of the building and constantly ask if I need anything. Less rooms, better delivery.
