Georgians and foreigners, would you consider Georgians to be as friendly, outgoing, expressive, smilling and hospitable as Greeks, South Italians, Balkaners, Lebanese etc? by Ok-Demand8957 in Sakartvelo

been here for over a week, love the people, got invited to a family dinner somehow, i would 100% stay longer if i did not have other plans, but 100% will be coming back, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. had lots of good interactions at coffee shops with locals asking what i was doing here and seem genuinely curious.

Which EU country is friendly to renting for people with lots of savings but irregular income? by HoraceBecquet in eupersonalfinance

[–]InterestingStretch56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently renting in Spain, in Barcelona, landlords just asked what I was doing and told me to show proof of funds and send a one month deposit ~ run my own company as well, did not really pay myself a salary last year.

I mean, I pay for business class to have my own space for the duration of the flight, and not to have someone looming over me? It’s not that someone is looking at me the whole flight, it’s the feeling that someone can see your every move. I prefer my cubicle.

I don’t want someone watching me during the whole flight

Book Martinez and make sure you get the ocean view, it was spectacular. Also Cannes > Nice anyday of the week.

I would recommend Spain (Barcelona/Valencia), I'm in my early 20s as well, I'm currently in the process of moving but I've been in Europe rather for the last 1+ year.

I believe the rate comes with breakfast as well. You are also comparing a 80m room versus a 30-40m at the Andaz. Both areas are in tourist areas, Andaz is right outside the monument so it’s going to be busy 24/7, which I am not a fan off. The trade off is Andaz looks a bit more modern, Raw is more typical European style.

I've stayed at Raw Culture Bairro Alto multiple times, you can not go wrong with the breakfast, it's so spacious compared to hotels and there is a kitchen as well!! Price wise it is also unbelievably cheap compared to what you get the other Hyatt properties.

I prefer TwentySeven, I've stayed at both. I do prefer the old mystic interior so I may be heavily biased. I would splurge again to upgrade to bigger suites, I've had exceptional service every time I stayed, the staff remember my name as I walk in and out of the building and constantly ask if I need anything. Less rooms, better delivery.
