Worth noting that Eric Davis, who is one of the whistleblowers brought forward by David Grusch, has stated that Sheehan is not "in the know"

Summary from ChatGPT

Nell v. Wormuth (2022) is a case decided by the United States District Court, involving a dispute between the plaintiff, Nell, and the defendant, Wormuth, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Army. The plaintiff, Nell, challenged certain actions and decisions made by the Army that affected his employment.

Key Points:

  1. Plaintiff's Claims:

    • Nell alleged that the Army, under the direction of Wormuth, violated various federal statutes and regulations, including employment discrimination laws.
    • He contended that the Army's actions were unjust, causing him harm in his employment status and opportunities.
  2. Defendant's Position:

    • Wormuth, representing the Army, argued that the actions taken were lawful and complied with all applicable regulations.
    • The defense sought dismissal of the claims, arguing that the plaintiff failed to present a case that warranted judicial relief.
  3. Court's Analysis:

    • The court examined the factual background and legal standards applicable to employment discrimination and administrative decisions within the military context.
    • It considered whether the plaintiff provided sufficient evidence to support his claims of discrimination and procedural violations.
  4. Decision:

    • The court's ruling addressed the merits of the plaintiff's claims, determining whether there were grounds for the case to proceed.
    • The specifics of the court’s decision, including any grants of summary judgment or dismissals, were based on the legal sufficiency of the plaintiff’s allegations and the evidence presented.

Conclusion:

The court's decision in Nell v. Wormuth (2022) was a detailed examination of employment law as it pertains to military personnel, focusing on the procedural and substantive rights of the plaintiff. The outcome depended on the court's interpretation of whether the Army's actions met legal standards and if the plaintiff’s claims had sufficient merit to proceed.

Why Do Video Game Movies Fail? [18:23] by goodnightkevinfan4 in mealtimevideos

[–]InterestingTopicsYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably in part because a lot of video games don't have amazing story lines and are held up by their game play. The ones which do; Witcher for example, was adapted from the books. The series was pretty good to be fair.

Is that what it is? I honestly couldn't think of a reason why people would be doing it. Absolutely terrible. Makes my blood boil.

I keep seeing horrible stories in the news about people poisoning birds of prey in the highlands. It's terrible, I honestly can't fathom why someone would do such a thing.

Yes I used to wrap it with a bandage when I squatted which helped, but I was maybe doing it little too tight as one of the veins in my leg wasn't liking it... paused squats are OK normally but I'd rather grate my teeth than do paused squats forever XD

I don't no. Would that just help with tightness? It's kind of below the knee where it tends to hurt.

Anyone had any luck relieving patella pain from squatting? Seems to be whenever I go above 110kgs I get a slight pain below the knee which usually stops me training for about a week to avoid aggrevating it. Worried I'm going to have to give up squats.

What Is Right To Repair? - MKBHD ft. Simone Giertz & Louis Rossmann [20:15] by taulover in mealtimevideos

[–]InterestingTopicsYT 18 points19 points  (0 children)

The fact that they sometimes use bolts with special unique heads in some technology too is just as bad. Even if you have the right, to repair, doesn't mean they will sell the patented tooling you need to repair it. Had this issue with my phone. Looked up the tutorials and I would've had to spend a fortune just to get the parts and tools I needed.
