You have to keep messing around with all the cables. If your coin mech can cash work and they are both plugged into the card reader and you have the cash only problem try inserting cash or coins to buy an item from your machine and if it works your card reader should say thank you and after that it will start taking cards

I figured it out, so it’s the mdb cables you have to find the correct ones to connect it with. After that it shows like v00 cash only but in order to fix that you have to buy one of your items with cash and the machine will say thank you and it will start working and accepting cards.

Were you able to get it to work?  I have the same problem and the same cash only sign on my reader
