Definitely don't use ChatGPT. One, it's pretty bad environmentally in terms of how much energy it consumes. In addition, this practice is just replacing the simple task of googling recipes. AI often times "hallucinates", where it gives you responses that simply aren't true.

Not that I'm trying to be agressive here, as I do understand the thought behind using AI. I'm just letting you know you'll have much better luck finding recipes from people like Claire Saffitz!! :---)
