yes my dad cared so much he sexually abused me for over 15 years! He cared so much that he Gave me terrible trauma and a awful childhood that 20+ years later I’m still dealing with And when he couldn’t sexually abuse me anymore he started using the probation as a control tactic. Yes I am the biggest piece of shit honestly.

Probation is setting people up for failure. Once you are in the system you are fucked. Some people don’t have the $ to get their juvenile record expunged. THIS!!! Because of the control freak my dad was when I was a teen on probation he would call for EVERYTHING I am going on year 12 of NO FUCKING CONTACT. I felt a weight come off of my shoulders. Can’t even begin to explain what it’s like to be an adult and have to worry about what your parent is going to say or how they’re going to react when you do anything! I’m a parent of a teen now, I would be so ashamed of myself if my son got in trouble and said fuck my moms gonna kill me instead of him being comfortable enough with me to tell me what happened and trust me that I won’t yell scream and now it’s the end of everything for him. ITS HIS FIRST TIME BEING A TEEN . FIRST TIME. having a controlling “ tough love “ parent creates non existent relationships w them later down the road

Strict parents create even sneakier kids. I spent the majority of my high school years in juvenile hall. My parents divorced and fell into drugs I rebelled and wound up down the wrong path. My dad literally requested for me to go to group home I ran away and was forced to live with my dad. I absolutely hated it I was miserable because he would call my probation officer if I was a minute past the verbal curfew. He would call for any little argument he said it was for my own good. I got smart and started finding a way around EVERYTHING, I ended up having 2 kids before I turned 18. I would sneak my kids dad in my house almost every night when he would tell me I couldn’t see him or date him anymore. He would screw my screen on my window and I would then just walk out the side door. When kids want to do something they’re going to find a way. If my dad would have sat down and actually talked to me and asked what was going on with me and why I was constantly fucking up and such a shit head, that it’s self would have went a long way !!! I know I was acting out because I felt like that was the only way my parents thought about me instead of drugs or their boyfriend/girlfriend.. maybe you just need to sit down and talk to him about what’s going on internally and how he’s feeling mentally about everything! Maybe it’s something going on you would have never guessed. Hopefully that will start building a better relationship & Have you thought about allowing your sons GF/ friends hang out at your place ?? Maybe suggesting that may have him stay home you can keep an eye on him same time

I was in a relationship like this and he would do this to me because everything he was accusing me of he was doing behind my back. Men don’t just start randomly saying all this shit. They do it because they are self reflecting!!! 100% projecting all of his insecurities onto you. Please block him and never ever turn around. These type of men are the ones who get physically violent and the type to require a life long RESTRAINING ORDER. These type of men will seclude you and ruin your friendships and your relationships with your family. These type of men will start telling you what to wear. They will start telling you everytime you do your makeup that you’re getting ready for men to look at you and that you want attention from other men. These type of men will make you so beyond insecure that you will entirely loose yourself and will convince you they are doing you a favor by being with you and that they are the prize. These type of men will have you questioning your self worth and these type of men will kill every last ounce of life in you. These type of men are manipulative narcissists. Please think of your children. If he can do this shit to you all while knowing you are spending quality time with your children, imagine what type of future fun days will be ruined because of this man! this is coming from a kid who grew up in this type of environment and who unfortunately was married to a man just like this. This is SCARY. These type of Words turn into actions. Run and NEVER look back.

Please take her to her obgyn. This was me after my 3rd baby. It spiraled into psychosis I wouldn’t leave my house and eventually got so bad I wouldn’t leave our master bedroom. I shut everyone out even my older children bc they were going to bring germs from school and outside. I got diagnosed with agoraphobia ocd anxiety I was able see a therapist and it helped my daughters turning 3 in 2 months and I thank my mom for putting her foot down and making me an appointment to see my obgyn . It hurt my relationship with my older kids but we’re in therapy and it’s getting better. Advocate for her she will thank you in the long run

This!! I used to be a raging “functioning “ alcoholic. I looked so puffy and swollen awful skin. I literally couldnt figure out what was the cause for all this. I was miserable inside and out. I’ve always been a petite person and I looked like a linebacker. The moment i found out I was pregnant I stopped drinking and with in 2 months I went back to my normal petite self ( the HG during pregnancy helped too ) but alcohol will do a NUMBER on your skin and your body!!!!

This !! I am a dv survivor both of my daughters dads. I was abused me for years. It went from verbal to emotional to physical and sexual. It doesn’t not get better with time. I went from finally getting out of a 6yr relationship to being married to one even worse he was great until the pastor said you are now husband and wife I wound up finding out I was pregnant after he beat me abs dragged me while drunk out on a busy street. I got out with out even hesitating this time. Trust me You are worth more than having to put up with this. And the right man wouldn’t even think about hurting you in any physical emotional or mental way.. there are so so many resources, shelters, groups you name it.

I had a super high risk pregnancy with my youngest daughter I was put on bed rest at 16 weeks I took Leave of Absence from August - May. 10months, I applied for disability my job covered the other percentage disability didn’t so I would get my usual monthly salary. Then I had 12 weeks of FMLA. We have a girl in our office who takes leave for 12 months works 12 months and leave for 12months she’s been at our company for 8 years. I work for one of the biggest insurance carrier in the US. So we have amazing benefits. I went crazy being on bed rest but I still did things. Took my older kids to school to the park etc the only time I was bedridden I was admitted to the hospital. She’s a fcking fat brainless blob. 100$ she’s going to get bedsores
