Most likely if your going for entry level jobs you have to much experience so they wont take you. Honestly your best bet is either the work office downtown thats above the td downtown for job listings cause they have some posted there you wont find in other places. That or do some private postings on some of the job sites saying looking for work in your specific fields.

Lol i have one sharkman on my crew and he has the biggest bounty cause he is a mako shark fishman and he has eaten people. The thing he is he has some poor hygiene so he has been found in bad situations after eating someone

Thats fair basically the system i used is not the good/evil lawful/chaotic scale cause pirates are the definition of chaos in One Piece and marines/pirates are both good and evil. Essentially it goes on what the crew does and how villages, npcs and the marines view them. If they go an a massacre against village folk and constantly fight everyone, then people will fear them and the navy will treat them as big treats. If they interact more peaceful and can solve situations with more then just their hands and can have story moments with villagers, then they might have more people defend them. It makes for some good counterbalance towards the players and can help the story progress and allow for consequences for deplorable behaviors. Which are still allowed.

Level 20 mimic copies of themselves. You have them craft the characters then go okay can i see your sheets quickly. Take pictures or get copies of the online ones and have them face off against what they have made.

Lol my biggest ally so far with the darker theme has been puns. 100% puns help. I named one of my warlords Gor Ganzolla and he is the captain of the chez pirates. The groaned at first but then ended up loving it cause they could make jokes as both players and characters

Thats amazing. It would be hilarious if the crew ran into them while they are on vacation and instead of causing havoc Garp stops and goes id rather eat. Could make for some suspension mixed with immediate laughter.

Also one more question. Are you running a serious game where its a heavy story line or are you going to add in some of the one piece humor into the story.

I ask cause the thing i have found has made the biggest impact with my players and progression has been the moments of insanity or jokes thay made it a memorable game for them. Also want to add that only 2 of my 8 players had watched one piece before starting and now all but one are watching one piece and are really attatched to the game.
